The Schüco AWS 75.SI aluminium window system combines the excellent thermal insulation properties of PVC-U and timber windows with the unique advantages of aluminium:
durability and stability, narrow face widths and a variety of designs – in large, transparent formats. With a basic depth of just 75 mm, this window system offers excellent versatility and can easily be combined with the Schüco range of doors ADS.

In combination with the concealed fittings Schüco AvanTec and Schüco TipTronic, Schüco AWS 75.SI meets the very highest standards in terms of both design and ease of use.

Greater ease of operation for large window door openings

System optimisation based on proven performance characteristics. Thanks to a newly-developed underfloor roller carriage, easy-access thresholds are also possible now with the Schüco tilt/slide (PASK) fitting. In addition, an optional soft closing mechanism increases ease of operation and reduces the risk of incorrect operation.

Further benefits of the optimised fitting include the new roller carriage guide profile with integrated track and dirt trough, which dispense with the need for additional drilling.

Attractive addition to the product range in terms of security and accessories

The system platform of the Schüco AvanTec SimplySmart concealed 180° fitting offers attractive developments in terms of security and accessories. For example, the option to equip existing window units with increased burglar resistance up to RC 2 at a later date – through the simple, standardised installation of additional locking points. This saves fabrication time and minimises the potential for errors. New to the range is the burglar-resistant RC 3 solution.

Surface-mounted toplight fittings in the OL 200 S and OL 320 S designs will also be available for the Schüco AvanTec SimplySmart generation of fittings. The smooth operation using a handle or articulated crank can also be used in a tight installation space. Concealed Schüco AvanTec SimplySmart bottom-hung stays or surface-mounted hinges ensure a secure, reliable function in the weight classes up to 200 kg. With the RC 1 N, RC 2 and RC 3 locking systems, burglar-resistant solutions can be created to meet requirements.

For very high and wide bottom-hung and side-hung units, the use of surface-mounted hinges is often obligatory. Schüco combines the tried-and-tested properties of the standard hinge technology with the new design features of the Schüco AvanTec SimplySmart lock technology. The advantage for the fabricator is that the new surface-mounted hinges are designed to slot in so that the fittings groove no longer has to be punched and opened. As a result, fittings can be fabricated efficiently. Hinges are available for vent weights of up to 200 kg

The new series of handles completes the Schüco range of attractive and technologically advanced products for all aspects of opening units. The uniform design range is extremely easy to operate and has an impressively clear language of form.

The universal range of handles is suitable for all mechanical or electric windows, doors and lift-and-slide doors. From window handles to door handles, the combination of design and technology even accommodates the special requirements for fire protection.
