The barrel hinges which can be installed quickly and easily are some of the most important product developments of the new Schüco Doors ADS SimplySmart system platform. The new generation of hinges follows the principle of highly simplified installation with maximum stability. The minimisation of fabrication processes such as milling and drilling is the best example of this.

Schüco SimplySmart door hinges

A central new feature is the universal Schüco fittings groove. It ensures simple, time-saving installation of the barrel hinges using clamping anchors. And the new hinges have even more to offer: they can be used across all basic depths for inward and outward-opening doors. Simple adjustment and fast replacement ensure very efficient maintenance work. And the three-dimensional adjustability of the hinges guarantees optimum system weathertightness. This interplay of a reduced appearance with maximum functionality make the construction unique to the market.

The range of hinges is rounded off with fully concealed door hinges. They provide high-quality, stylish architectural solutions as well as complete ease of access and effective protection against dirt and the effects of the weather. The 180° concealed hinge can bear a maximum leaf weight of 200 kg, the 100° hinge can bear a weight of up to 150 kg.

The tried-and-tested surface-mounted door hinges in the Schüco Doors ADS range are compatible with the new Schüco ADS SimplySmart system platform. The previous barrel door hinges continue to be used for Schüco ADS.
