The working time is also reduced when installing the bogies, for example. The “bogie safety mechanism” component is no longer required, as the bogies already have this function in their housing. The bogie safety mechanism therefore does not have to be activated and operation steps can be omitted during installation.

The same central locking system from the established Roto NT and Roto AL ranges is used for all Roto Patio Alversa variants. Furthermore, the same handle can be used for all variants.

Roto Patio Alversa | PS Air hardware is prepared for the application of the additional lock-in position as standard. Manufacturers of aluminium, PVC or timber systems may order it as an accessory for sashes with an external centre of mass.

High operating convenience

The innovative opening and closing mechanism of the Parallel Sliding variants enables smooth, quiet operation. Special damping elements ensure optimised sash run-in and run-out characteristics. All Parallel Sliding variants can also be operated intuitively, in the same way as conventional Tilt&Turn windows.

Extra operating comfort with the Roto Patio Alversa | PS Air Com Parallel Sliding system:
Turning the handle tilts the sash automatically; there is no need to manually push against the sash. An additional tilt assistance element further reduces the torque at the handle. With this, even large and heavy sliding doors with a weight of up to 200 kg can be operated effortlessly.

The especially high-performance additional lock-in position on the Roto Patio Alversa | PS Air sliding system can be relied upon to prevent uncontrolled closure. It is only activated if the sash is in the tilt position.

Using standard window handles such as Roto Line and Roto Swing, for example, provides a standardised appearance for sliding systems and Tilt&Turn windows in living areas.

A safe and secure home

Balcony and terrace doors are among the weak points most frequently exploited by burglars. Roto Quadro Safe security components such as security mushroom cams, security strikers and lockable handles allow burglary protection to be adapted to meet individual security requirements.

The Roto Patio Alversa | PS Parallel Sliding system can be provided with optional night ventilation that cannot be seen from outside. This means that, when viewed from outside, the sliding system looks as if it is closed. Any windows that are open for night ventilation are also protected against burglars thanks to the use of security strikers.
